All members are welcome to join us for the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 24th November. This will be held at the John Verney Pavilion. Remote attendance will also be possible - a link will be circulated in advance along with the agenda at least one week before the date of the meeting.

This is an important meeting where we elect members to all posts on the committee. This year there are specific vacancies for the roles of first XI captain, and also a new role on the committee representing younger players in the open age group teams. This new role is open to all members aged between 16 and 25 who play in any open age group side. Members considering applying for election to these, or any of the other committee roles, are encouraged to discuss the roles with me or another member of the committee prior to the AGM.

W will also be setting the membership subscriptions and rates for the 2025 season and member input to this, as well as the other agenda items is highly valued.
