News from the Youth Section
We have finished our official coaching program for the year but Friday evenings is our club night and we hope that all the guys available will pop along for some informal games and fun for the whole of August.
It has been a highly successful season once again with our U11 still going playing
Slough in the league semi finals and our U13 and U17 suffering a bit of controversy
to deny their finals opportunities. These will be addressed in the closed season.

have made cricket possible and given so much this year. Without your time and effort
all the fun, friendships and vital life experience our players have enjoyed would
never have happened.

Congratulations to Nick Teague who has been successful in his level 2 coach award
and start straight away with the U9 group. Nick is a great addition to the team and
we wish him luck for the season. We welcome Andy Brown back to managerial ranks with
the U13. Andy has plenty of experience to bring to the side.
Clubmark Award
We were presented with the Clubmark Award on the 19th June.
This was a result of a lot of work by our members.

Preparation for the 2010 season begins
Our finale this year will be on Sunday 5th September at the club.
There will be parents v U13 match and it is possible that we can squeeze a parents v U11 10 over game as well. There will be awards and presentations to all of our teams from U9 to U17 so a big turn out is vital. The BBQ will smoking and there will be a few other games will be going on. The day will start at 10am with the U13s game and it is planned presentations will be made at 1pm
